Is there a refund policy?+
Every new paid subscription comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Email privacy@streamsnip.io within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund, no questions asked. Details at /refund.
What counts as a "clip"?+
One rendered clip is one exported video segment under 60 seconds, regardless of how many clips StreamSnip detected in the VOD. Re-rendering a clip with a different caption style or layout does not count as a new clip. Deleting a clip does not refund your monthly count.
What happens if I hit the Contender 100-clip cap?+
You'll see a prompt to upgrade to Heavyweight (unlimited clips) or wait until your next billing cycle. Rendering pauses until one of those happens — no surprise overage bills.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Not yet. We're launching annual pricing after 90 days of retention data — once the product has earned the lock-in. Monthly-only until then.
Which tier should an agency start on?+
Most agencies today are on Contender (3 channels, 100 clips/month, $19). If you need unlimited clip volume or 10 channels right now, Heavyweight is the fit. Full agency dashboard, per-streamer analytics, and white-label branding are on the roadmap — email us if those are deal-breakers and we'll keep you in the loop on ship dates.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
