1. Acceptance

By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. The service

StreamSnip provides AI-powered clip generation from streaming VODs. Features may change.

3. Acceptable use

No illegal content. No copyrighted VODs you don't have rights to. No harassment, spam, scraping, or reverse engineering.

4. Payment

Subscription billed in advance and auto-renews unless you cancel. Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy: a 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid charge; after that we do not issue prorated refunds for partial months, but you keep full access through the end of your current billing period after cancellation.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On cancellation you keep access through the end of your current billing period; no prorated refund of partial months after the 7-day money-back window has closed (see Refund Policy).

6. Liability

Service provided "as is". Liability capped at 12 months of fees paid.

7. Changes

We'll notify you at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
