Plain terms for a simple service.

The service

StreamSnip is an AI-operated video editing studio. Each monthly plan includes a set number of publish-ready short-form clips produced from footage you supply, with burned-in captions per your brand card, delivered as files for you to publish. We do not post to your accounts, hold your platform credentials, or join calls.

Your content

You keep all rights to your footage and to the clips we deliver. By sending footage you warrant that you own it or have the right to have it edited. We check what we can verify and never bake in unlicensed third-party music, but rights in your source material remain your responsibility.

Revisions and turnaround

Each clip includes two revision rounds with a 48-hour target per round. Our target turnaround is 24–48 hours per delivery batch, around the clock.

Billing, cancellation, refunds

Plans bill monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytime — a cancellation link is included in every delivery email, and cancelling stops the next charge. First-month guarantee: if the first month isn’t right, email us within 7 days of your final delivery of that month and we refund it in full. A renewal receipt is sent 3 days before each charge.

What we may decline

We may decline footage we cannot legally or safely work with (content that infringes others’ rights, or that we cannot verify you control). If we decline mid-month, we refund the unused portion, pro-rated by undelivered clips for that month.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including actions a platform takes on content you choose to publish.
