How to cancel or pause your subscription

Cancel
/billing → Cancel subscription. You keep access until your current billing period ends. Clips stay accessible for 30 days after end, then purged.
Reactivate
Change of heart? /billing → Reactivate. Picks back up on your next billing cycle — no data lost if you're still inside the 30-day retention window.
Refunds
7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge — email privacy@streamsnip.io within 7 days for a full refund, no questions. After that we don't issue prorated refunds for partial months, but you keep full access through the end of your current billing period after cancellation. Full policy at /refund.
